Job Description

We're looking for a seasoned Paid Media Specialist to join this team of innovative, solution-minded, collaborative professionals who specialise in providing clients with turnkey digital marketing solutions. Be part of a team who value authenticity and growth.  This business provides unique data solutions, paid media campaigns, eCommerce development as well as creative and marketing services. This is a full-time, in-office, 3-month fixed term contract.

Responsibilities:
  • Developing, managing, and optimising paid media campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and more).
  • Conducting audience research and leveraging data insights to craft laser-focused targeting strategies.
  • A/B testing ad creatives, copy, and landing pages to maximize performance and ROI.
  • Staying ahead of digital advertising trends, algorithm changes, and platform updates.
  • Collaborating with creative teams to produce high-impact ad assets.
  • Monitoring and reporting on key performance metrics, providing actionable insights to improve campaign results.
  • Managing budgets effectively to ensure optimal spend allocation and performance. 


Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in paid media campaign management (agency experience is a plus).
  • Essential: Relevant qualification/completed certificates in Digital Marketing / Data Analytics and Google certifications in Digital Marketing / eCommerce preferred.
  • Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications (nice to have).
  • Proven experience and proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid media platforms is essential.
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics (CPC, ROAS, CPA,CTR, etc.).
  • A data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse and interpret campaign performance.
  • Proven track record of managing budgets to ensure optimal spend allocation and performance is expected.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • A proactive problem-solver with excellent communication abilities.
